Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo reserve the right to refuse any potential booking upon enquiry without explanation.

No booking is secure without completion of a booking form (contract) and the payment of a deposit.

Package Choice

Meet & Greet - are an add on to your party. The characters will not lead the party but are there to talk with the children and have photos taken. Please also ensure that children are sitting on the arrival of the character.

​

Hour & 90 Minute Parties - If you are planning on having a bouncy castle, we ask that you deflate it during the duration of our attendance.  Children find it very difficult to partake in the activities with the entertainers when there is a bouncy castle, they are also very noisy which can make it difficult for the children to hear the music.  If you choose to keep the bouncy castle up, that is absolutely fine but please be aware that not all children will want to join in with the games and dancing.

Deposit

A minimum non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking. Once the deposit has been received, this will secure the character of your choice, for the date and time specified.

No partial or full refunds will be given due to circumstances outside of our control and we reserve the right to cancel your party if you or your guests are threatening or intimidating towards ourselves or performers.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and cover administration costs.  In the case of cancellation please contact Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo as soon as possible so that we can reschedule to another date or time subject to availability.  If you cancel any later than 3 days prior to the start of your party, you will be charged the full amount.

 

*Please note, should you need to change the date or time of the event and we are unable to fulfil the booking it will be counted as a cancellation.  Please make sure you check the date and time before booking.

 

 

Party Area

To help your party run smoothly, particularly for ages 3-6 years we ask that children under 2 are with an adult as we are not always able to watch them. We also ask that if parents of guests are staying, that they stay seated and keep noise to a minimum so that the children can hear us. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo shall bear no liability for loss or damage arising caused by circumstances outside of our control.

Health Related Issues

To ensure the highest levels of hygiene and health and safety, we ask that we are informed at the start of the party if any guests are suffering from a skin condition that may be worsened by the application of make up, perfume or glitter, such as eczema or that may be contagious such as cold sores.

If your child becomes ill before or on the date of a party with a contagious illness such as chicken pox, measles, impetigo etc then we must be notified immediately.  Our performers are in constant contact with babies, children and pregnant ladies so cannot attend a party or visit where they may come into contact with someone who has a contagious illness.  Every effort will be made to rearrange your party date for you within a year and 1 day.

Getting To You

Although every effort is made to ensure we reach you on time, if Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo are unable to carry out your booked party due to circumstances outside of our control such as illness, severe weather conditions or severe traffic/accidents, your deposit will still be valid for a future booking for up to one year.  We use satellite navigation and plan our routes in advance to ensure arriving within plenty of time, however if you do know of any planned events or road works in your area that may effect us on the day it would be very helpful if you could let us know. Please allow for at least 10 minutes lateness before you worry about us, we cannot be held responsible for the roads of Devon. If parking is an issue at the venue that you have chosen you must alert us ahead of time, we cannot be held responsible if unable to find a parking space at your chosen venue and the performer is late due to this. They would be unable to make up time due to this.

*In the case of cancellation of performance due to Force Majeure  (acts of god, extreme weather such as snow, war, fire, death, accident, civil unrest, government intervention, changes of law) which are clearly beyond the control of either 'The Client', 'The Artiste' or 'Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo' no cancellation fee will be paid.

 

Parking

We will need at least one parking space (depending on the number of staff attending) for the duration of the party. If you are aware of any parking restrictions such as residents parking, pay and display, or time limits please advise us when booking your party. If parking is not very near your house or venue we will also need to unload/reload before and after the party which may require help.  If parking is not free then you must ensure that someone is there to pay the parking fee or you add it to your party payment to cover the cost.

Charity Events

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo will only attend charity events that are related to children.  We are limited to a certain amount that we can attend each year and reserve the right to choose which ones we can do.  The above terms and conditions still apply for any charity event that we participate in.
